## Layout Fix
- Main Lobby center feed is the only scrollable area.
- Left sidebar, right sidebar, top header, toolbar and bottom composer stay fixed.
- Bottom message input no longer hides below the screen.
- All lobby messages render in the same left-side feed style.
- Own messages no longer render as right-side bubbles in the lobby.
- Mention panel now remains a summary area; original message stays in main feed.
- Mobile layout uses fixed bottom composer with center feed scrolling only.
